De prestigieuze horecaprijzen worden jaarlijks uitgereikt aan de beste nieuwe zaken in Nederland. Volgens de jury is De Gaper \u2018een onderneming met visie en vakmanschap, waar passie en professionaliteit samenkomen.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>De vakjury bezocht in totaal 54 genomineerde horecazaken. Over De Gaper was men bijzonder lovend. Bij binnenkomst is de sfeer direct warm en gastvrij, met een klein team dat zorgt voor persoonlijke aandacht, volgens de jury. Vooral de balans tussen fine dining en toegankelijkheid worden geroemd. Dat is een richting die volgens de jury steeds belangrijker wordt in de moderne horeca.<\/p>\n<p>De Entree Awards worden georganiseerd door horecaplatform Entree. De jury bestaat uit 23 specialisten, onder wie chefs Ron Blaauw en Joris Bijdendijk en ondernemers als Ad Schaap. Juryvoorzitter Iris Kranenburg benadrukt dat een nominatie alleen al van grote waarde is, juist omdat de jury volledig onafhankelijk is.
